It's a nice place to live. Medium level social. There are some issues (pipes shake etc.) but overall a good place to be. parking is great, a little far from campus, but it's good for you.

It's good and a cheap place to live. Really good roommates and wards. The biggest thing I don't like is that you have to pay 60 bucks for parking, which is more than my school parking permits.

It's nice being a little closer to campus. The apartments are nice, the people are fun. Unfortunately the services aren't the best I've seen.

I would tell them that my house isn't bad, but that I hate the internet here, which is one thing that I have to use a lot for school. I also wish we had a quarter machine in the laundry room. The parties are sometimes kind of fun, but I feel like overall I have had an average experience here.

The price is pretty good, the pool and facilities aren't bad (for student housing) and the layout of the apartments is pleasant -- plenty of light. They don't mind if you paint or otherwise improve the apartment, which is fantastic, although be warned you may have to work with green carpet and plaid couches. Above all, the wards are great. That's why I keep coming back to the Villa!

the faciities are ok, and people are nice, really close to campus. your basic needs are mostly met here

Great wards. Prices are comparable. Overall worth it.

It's a friendly environment, with nice management. The apartments are spacious-kitchens are small. Rent is good. Newly renovated pool is great! Has it's own private road so there is not much traffic that drives by. Has grass, which I love!

Awesome! Laid back, welcoming, warm and fun atmosphere! I really like the lounge (It has a kitchen and i GINORMOUS bean bag chair!!) and the Laundry room is incredible! (They have a little candy dispensary thing in it I discovered today! Hurray!)

It is a very social apartment complex. There is always something fun to do. The staff members at the office are always really friendly and apt to help. The walls are pretty thin, we can hear our neighbors on all sides. The grounds are relatively well kept up. The laundry room is a little dirty most of the time. We have had maintenance in a very timely manner after we notify the office. For BYU student, a walking trip to campus is really short. I do not regret moving here at all. I love the Villa!

I really enjoyed my time at the University Villa. My roommates where awesome and it was in a good location for where I needed to go often. It is a fun place to live!

I have lived at University Villa for two years now, and overall I've been very pleased with my experience. My most significant complaint would have to be that the wireless internet is VERY slow. Other than that, I have no ongoing complaints.

Just look a the survey. I don't know what to write.
